Numbers

I’m a numbers guy. I think they’re beautiful. There’s no more parsimonious way to tell a story. So here’s my story, by the numbers.

  • Founded, co-founded, or established 4 social enterprises, 8 organizations, and 5 clubs (first at 15)
    • Founded Self Spark to help people build good habits (first global social enterprise at 27)
    • Co-established UP Singapore to launch new social enterprises solving urban challenges
    • Co-founded the Austin Social Innovation Hub to build a center for changemakers (first large social enterprise at 26)
    • Founded Mass CPR Training to provide accessible CPR and First Aid training (first small social enterprise at 19)
    • Founded Austin Personal Development to serve as a forum for people working on their personal development
  • Helped establish 3 social enterprises and for-profits
    • Helped with developing RoadStoryUSA, a venture-backed 100,000 sq ft for-profit museum meets theme park
    • Helping Polymath Foundation build a university for the “modern day Leonardo da Vinci”
    • Helping OnHand Agrarian invent a new type of sustainable fish farming
  • Graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with 3 majors, 4 minors, and 2 programs
  • Learned from 2 full-time and 20 part-time jobs and internships (first at 14)
  • Experimented with 7 microbusinesses (first at 6)
  • Competed in 9 international, national, and local space settlement design competitions (first at 15)
